~ Graphic Design\ Printing- We work hand-in-hand with a local printer to
help you decide what you want your finished mailing piece to look like.

~ Folding- standard folds available (C, Z, double, half). Ask us if there’s something unique you want

~ Collating/ Inserting/ Sealing- collating 1 or more pieces and inserting into various sizes of envelopes.

~ Wafer Sealing (tabbing)- placing a tab on a self mailer, according to USPS regulations.

~ Inkjet addressing- High Quality inkjet addressing directly onto your mail pieces. We can print an indicia (mailing permit info) onto your piece also.

~ Labeling- Continuous Label affixing. Or we can print laser labels for you.

~Stamping- If you are using pre-canceled stamps rather than an indicia we can affix them to the envelope.

~ CASS Certification- standardizes the addresses and adds the barcode information so your mailing is eligible for automation discounts.

~ Duplicate Address Removal (De-duping) - removes exact name/address matches so you do not waste money by mailing multiple mail pieces to the same recipient or household.

~ Address Correction- gives us the opportunity to correct invalid addresses to ensure the highest percentage of your pieces get to their intended destination- your customer or potential new client.

~ NCOA Processing (Move/Update Address Validation) - updates addresses of people/businesses that have moved, in real time via the internet. This is a new requirement by the USPS.

~ Mailing Lists- If you need to rent a mailing list, we can help you select the type you need to match your criteria. We can give you quantities and prices before the list is purchased so that all costs are known before the project starts.
